1. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONSOrscheln gift cards have no fees and never expire. Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at Orscheln stores. Not redeemable on the Internet. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Not usable for credit accounts. Not a credit or debit card. Safeguard the card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Orscheln Farm and Home LLC is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. Orscheln may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not Orscheln, will be the sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. GIFT CARD SALESOrschelnfarmhome.com offers stored value gift cards. Gift cards are denominated in U.S. dollars and may be purchased in $25, $50, or $100 denominations. All gift card sales are final and not refundable.
3. REDEMPTIONGift cards are redeemable for goods or services at Orscheln stores. All gift card redemptions are a final sale, which means no refunds or exchanges.
If the gift card holder’s final purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the unused balance will remain on the gift card to be used for future transactions. The gift card holder can check the gift card balance at any time online at valutec.net.
If the gift card holder’s final purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the gift card holder will be required to pay the difference with cash or a valid debit or credit card in order to complete the purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYOrscheln Farm & Home makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the gift cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
