Instacart Help Center - Purchase a gift card

We offer food and gift card donations to 501c3 non-profit organizations on a store level. To apply for a donation, please fill out a donation request form (found in store) and return it to the store with applicable paperwork.

To obtain the card balance or fee information, visit http://balance.Worldpay.us or call 800.803.1222 and enter the card number.
 
This card can be used for purchases at participating locations of the Merchant named on the face of the card.(gcb.today#2C144). The card is not redeemable for cash, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, except as required by law. Unless waived by the Merchant or otherwise prohibited by law: 1) after 12 months of inactivity, a service fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted from the card balance, and 2) the card and the funds underlying the card, expire after five years from date of last load of funds.(gcb.today#AE898).

With gift cards, you can share Instacart with anyone who has access to Instacart services in their area. Your recipient can create an Instacart account for free and redeem the gift card into their account. You can also purchase Instacart gift cards through third-party sellers in-store or online.
To purchase a gift card—
Note: At this time, gift cards can only be purchased, sent, and redeemed within the same country that you live in.
To complete your gift card purchase—
We’ll send an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Your recipient will receive the gift card by email with instructions on how to redeem it.
Instacart+ membership provides your recipient with free delivery and reduced service fees on qualifying orders. An Instacart+ Membership gift card can only be used for redeeming an Instacart+ membership. It can’t be used at checkout for items, tips, taxes, or to cover all fees.
If you would like to send an Instacart+ Membership gift card, you can select from the following options—
Note: If the recipient of an Instacart+ Membership gift card doesn’t already have an Instacart+ membership, the membership will not auto-renew once the gift card membership ends.
If they had an Instacart+ account before receiving the gift card and have the auto-renew feature on, their plan will auto-renew as normal. The gift card amount will be added to their existing membership term.
Bulk orders for Instacart gift cards and Instacart+ Membership gift cards can also be made to purchase more than 10 gift cards at a time. Check out our corporate gift cards portal to easily send and manage larger gift card orders.
Note: There is a $2,000 purchase minimum for bulk gift card orders (includes both USD and CAD gift cards).
