This is due to an increase in sales causing production capacity issues. If you require a personalised message, please add your text during the check out stage in the additional order comments box.The voucher will be then sent by Royal Mail to the billing address noted at checkout, if you wish to send it to an alternate address please fill out the details in the additional order comments box.Unfortunately at the moment gift vouchers can only be redemmed over the phone or when visiting our shop, and not online. Terms and conditions:• This voucher entitles the recipient to any product available at Valentine Clays up to the value mentioned. • The voucher is restricted to single use only and must be redeemed in full with a single transaction.
