Gift Vouchers can also be a specific prepaid treatment from the menu and can be used any day, 7 days a week (unless otherwise stated). How do I purchase a Bali Health Lounge gift voucher?Gift vouchers can be purchased online by visiting www.balihealthlounge.com/spagiftvouchers. Alternatively you can purchase vouchers in store. Can I purchase a voucher for a specific treatment or package? Bali Health Lounge gift vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or package from our menu, to do this simply find the treatment you would like to buy on the website and select the “gift voucher” option. This will redirect you to our web-shop where you can complete your purchase. Can I purchase a voucher for a specific value? Bali Health Lounge gift vouchers can be purchased for the value of £50, £100 or £200.My voucher is for a specific treatment but I would like to change this, is this possible? Of course, if you would like to have an alternative treatment to that stated on your voucher we can allow you to redeem the monetary value of the voucher against any alternative treatment. For example; if you have a gift voucher for a Deep Tissue Massage-60mins but would like to change this, you will have the monetary value of £65.00 to use.How long is the gift voucher valid for? Bali Health Lounge Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Can I get a refund on my gift voucher?Bali Health Lounge gift vouchers are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your gift voucher they are transferrable and can be given to a friend or family member to use instead of yourself.Can I part redeem my voucher?If you have not used the entire balance of your gift voucher, the remaining balance can be added to your account to be used at a later time.
