Share the world of Friars chocolate with an eGift card. Choose any value for your gift card and we will email it to your desired recipient. They can then choose anything they want from our online store!
Our eGift Cards are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Payment for the chocolate egift card will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 12 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice. The gift card will be allocated to the recipient''s account in the form of e-wallet credit which can be redeemed at the final stage of the checkout. Confirmation of the Gift Card will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by ourselves. Unfortunately once payment is received and the order confirmed Gift Cards cannot be cancelled or amended, please ensure the recipients email is entered correctly. Unwanted Gift Cards can not be returned and card codes can not be used to purchase another gift card. If the recipient does not already have an online account with our site, the client will have to create an account using the email address the gift card was delivered to, this can be done during the checkout process. The funds will then automatically appear and the option given to redeem the funds against the cost of purchases in the basket. If the items purchased total less than the gift card amount the remaining funds will stay in the e-wallet to use on the next purchase, if the items purchased exceed the gift card amount the remaining value must be paid by card in order to complete the order. Items bought using gift cards can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift card will be refunded and a new egift card code will be issued.
