Once purchased, the gift card can either be emailed immediately to the recipient (great for a last minute but thoughtful gift) or alternatively we can hand fill one of our Hack Farm Vouchers on site and mail the physical copy to the recipient. If you’d like us to mail the Gift Voucher, please send us an email with the Gift Card’s unique number and the recipients name & address.
Simply follow the link below to purchase a gift card for any amount. Use your credit card at check out and then choose to either email the gift voucher immediately to the recipient with a little message, or alternatively flick us an email with with the recipients name and postal address and we can mail them a physical copy of the voucher.
Directly under Contact & Payment, you will find a button to “Apply Gift Card” Click on this and then type in the Voucher Number from your gift Card.The Gift Card amount will then automatically be deducted from the booking total and you can either pay the difference, or the credit will be stored under the same number ready to go towards your next visit with Hack n Stay.
No, when you purchase a gift card you are essentially buying credit towards a future ride.  The Gift Voucher will only be redeemed for a specific date once you have completed a booking using the unique voucher number.
Your gift voucher can be applied to any of our riding/learning or accommodation options on the website. If you can see the experience on our website, you can put your voucher toward it ??
Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
