In this respect, please note the following point from our terms and conditions: Revocation After sending the order, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. A subsequent revocation is excluded. If the delivered goods have defects, the customer must inform Medion of these defects immediately with an exact description of the defects. If Medion does not comply with this obligation or the replacement delivery fails, the customer may withdraw from the purchase contract or demand a reduction of the purchase price.
