The responsibility for its use and custody is in charge of its sole holder. In case of theft, loss or damage the Gift Card cannot be blocked and will not be replaced or refunded by Osit Impresa spa. The Gift Card can be purchased through one of the payment methods accepted in Italy. The Gift Card it’s bought and can be used after the activation in the cash desk, it shall be used as payment for the desired amount through one of the payment methods accepted in Italy. Ones activated the Gift Card is valid until the expiration date that is printed on it, or on the sales receipt. By that date and until the balance runs out the card can be used several times and for several purchases. The amount credited to the gift card varies from a minimum of € 5,00 to a maximum of € 500,00. The amount credited on the gift card does not accrue profit. If the card balance is insufficient to buy the desired goods, the missing amount can be paid cash or through other payment methods accepted in Italy. The Gift Card is the property of the issuer thereof SUBDUED (AG USA LLC), the identity details of which are distributed with the Card itself, the holder of the Card being a mere depositary. GIFT CARDS MAY ONLY BE PURCHASED IN-STORE AT SUBDUED 416 BROADWAY STREET, SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA 90401 (“Store”). The purchase and/or use of the Card entails the full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which have been made available to the customer upon purchase of the Card, and which are also described at www.SUBDUED.com. The price of the Card can be paid by any of the means of payment accepted at the SUBDUED Store. Gift cards shall not be paid by means of another gift card. The Card can be used to purchase any item for sale at the SUBDUED Store. The Card cannot be used in stores of any other country or at the www.SUBDUED.com website. The Card is available in the following format only: Physical Card for sale at the SUBDUED Store. Any outstanding balance of the Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash EXCEPT as required by law. The Card can be used as often as the holder thereof would like, until the total amount has been used up. The remaining balance on the Card from time to time available shall be the difference between the remaining balance available prior to the purchase, and the relevant amount used up in such purchase. Where the purchase price is in excess of the remaining balance on the Card, the difference may be paid through any payment means accepted at the SUBDUED Store. The remaining balance on the Card is shown on the cash register receipt every time a purchase is made with the Card, for purchases made at the SUBDUED Store. The remaining balance of the Card may be checked at the SUBDUED Store. Unless evidence is given to the contrary, the balance of the card from time to time remaining shall be the one determined by the cash register used at the SUBDUED Store. Products purchased with the Card at the SUBDUED Store shall be subject to the same exchange and return policy as any other products purchased at said store. Refund methods hereunder provided are an essential term, and are deemed to be expressly accepted upon purchasing and/or using the Card. The Card does not have an expiration date, and shall remain valid until all value stored on the Card is used. The Card is a bearer instrument. Its holder shall be solely responsible for the use and custody of the Card. The Card shall not be replaced in case of theft, loss or damage thereof. However, SUBDUED may replace the Card in case of change of format of the Card. Cards originally obtained through any unlawful means shall be null and void and they shall not be used to purchase products, nor shall the price thereof be refunded. The Gift Card shall not be used for the purposes of advertising or promoting products or services marketed by any third party other that the issuer of the card, unless prior written consent is given by this latter.

The Virtual Gift Card can be purchased through one of the payment methods accepted in Italy. The Virtual Gift Card can be used after its activation, through the procedure that will be explained to the buyer at the time of payment of the amount chosen and with the modalities indicated. From the moment of its activation, the Virtual Gift Card will be active and valid for the following 36 months from the date of purchase. It will be possible to use it several of times and for many purchases, within that date and until the credit is exhausted. The amount credited varies from a minimum of € 50 to a maximum of € 200.
To purchase the Virtual Gift Card just connect to the website www.subdued.com, click on the icon and follow the instructions, with a very simple procedure: 1) Choose the amount you want to charge your gift card, 2) enter your e-mail, 3) add the email of the recipient of the Virtual Gift Card, 4) accepts the terms and conditions of use, 5) proceed to the payment of the amount selected following the instructions and the purchase will be completed. The person who will receive the Virtual Gift Card Simply just shall: 1) Open the e-mail with the Virtual Gift Card code, 2) Click on the link in the e-mail that will bring him/her to www.subdued.com, 3) subscribe to our site through the email used by the buyer and redeem the credit by clicking on the icon, in such way as the amount of the Virtual Gift Card will appear in the "Store Credit". Please note that in any case of theft, loss, damage or misplacement of the access codes, the amount charged on the Card will not be returned or refunded. Virtual gift card will not be in any case and for any reason replaced or refunded by Osit Impresa spa.
Osit Impresa Spa will not be held responsible for and will be held harmless and indemnify from and against delayed receipt of the Virtual Gift Card by the buyer due, for example, to major causes and/or to causes in any case not attributable to Osit Impresa Spa, such as, but not limited to: (i) poor functioning or interruption of the telephone lines and/or telecommunications and/or network systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or the loss of information or data that may occur for one of the causes mentioned in the previous point, (iii) inaccuracy of the data of the recipient of the virtual card provided by the purchaser of the card at time of purchase (iv) the circumstance that the e-mail sent by Osit Impresa Spa is cancelled because considered spam or junk mail.
The amount purchased on the issue of gift cards and subsequent top-ups will be held by Osit Impresa as "Store Credit" (credit towards those who have purchased the Virtual Gift Card) and do not accrue interest. If the purchase exceeds the credit available on the Virtual Gift Card, the transaction will not be accepted. The price of the items purchased with the Gift Card will be deducted from time to time from the initial value and any remaining amount will remain on the Virtual Gift Card. The Virtual Gift Card can be used for mixed payments (credit card/PayPal). The Virtual Gift Card will be cancelled if not used for a period of 36 months and any remaining amounts will not be reimbursed. Any abuses or violations committed by the holder of the Virtual Gift Card will result in the immediate exclusion from services connected to the Virtual Gift Card.
