Rock Barn Gift Cards. Gift cards can be redeemed for spa services, merchandise, dining at Sue’s grill, golf on the Jackson course, or golf merchandise, and may not be redeemed for cash value. Gift Cards are non-refundable, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards do not expire for 5 years. Digital e-Gift Card

Gift Card Receipt must be presented at the Spa at time of checkout, in electronic or printed form. Email delivery of e-gift cards can be scheduled for a future date, or delivered immediately. Please be sure to check your spam folder after submitting for email confirmation. If selecting for special packages unlisted on e-gift card option, please enter the value.
For physical, mailed Rock Barn gift cards, select an amount below and click "Add to Cart." For customized amounts, customers can choose either a digital gift card or call the Spa to have a physical gift card created in a customized amount: (828) 459-9150. 

Please Note: Mailed gift cards purchased online will include a $5 shipping & handling fee. Gift Card must be presented at the Spa at time of checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping for physical gift cards. During the holiday season, USPS shipping times may be longer than usual. 

All physical gift card will no longer be held on file here at the spa.  If you need a physical gift card, please purchase them at The Spa. We will not take information over the phone for physical gift cards. You may purchase e-gift cards using the link above.

Physical gift cards expire 5 years after purchase. According to NC law N.C. Gen. Stat. §116B-53(c)(8): Any gift certificate or electronic gift card bearing an expiration date and remaining unredeemed or dormant for more than three years after the gift certificate or electronic gift card was sold is deemed abandoned. The amount abandoned is deemed to be 60 percent of the unredeemed portion of the face value of the gift certificate or the electronic gift card.
