Gift Vouchers - Love SwimRun

Participation terms & conditionsA Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment against any Love SwimRun events, course or coaching (excluding Gift Vouchers) subject to availability. They do not guarantee you entry to an event if it is already full. When using a Gift Voucher, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment for other Love SwimRun event, course or coaching (excluding Gift Vouchers).If the purchase cost exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid in full at the point of booking.Love SwimRun retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no inherent monetary value. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  No replacement for lost or stolen gift certificates is offered. Please look after the Gift Voucher and treat it like cash. We do not collect and maintain information on the recipients of Gift Vouchers and therefore, if a Gift Voucher is used without the consent of the Gift Voucher holder or is lost, stolen or damaged we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the Gift Voucher.Bookings/entries are made subject to the same terms and conditions as a normal booking – see website for T&C’s.Any questions on Gift Vouchers can be emailed to events@loveswimrun.co.uk

When you buy a gift voucher from us you’re helping to support a small business and giving a sustainable gift that won’t go to waste or end up in landfill! Our vouchers can be redeemed against any of our events, courses or coaching (subject to availability) so whether your loved one chooses to take part in a race or have some 1-2-1 coaching time it will be a truly memorable experience for them!
