I am currently taking a break from work to pursue another project.  I plan to contact my existing clients to offer any treatment availability in September 2020.I am an experienced therapist in advanced massage and bodywork techniques, and have been qualified for over 10 years. Having assessed your treatment needs I will then discuss with you what your treatment aims are in order to use the right balance of sports massage, remedial massage and myofascial release to provide a more effective treatment.  Depending on your fitness or health aim, I may adjust your treatment towards maintenance, injury prevention, relaxing massage, or to treat a more specific pain problem needing injury rehabilitation.Advanced massage therapy is also great for easing the tension that builds up in muscles due to postural habits such as remaining immobile for periods of time in a sedentary job. If you are not sure if advanced massage therapy is right for you please contact me by phone or email.Clinics are based in Twickenham and Teddington, and a garden clinic room in Kingston upon Thames / Surbiton. Clients vary in age from young to old and fitness; although some of their conditions are due to sport activities, many have aches and pains linked to their various occupations – many of whom are office worker, teachers, mothers, construction workers, shop assistants, medics and retired.The most common conditions I treat with advanced massage therapy are back pain, neck and shoulder tension or pain, hip pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, calf tears and many other muscular-skeletal aches and pains. It is excellent at helping sporting enthusiasts of all standards continue to enjoy their favourite sport whether they play for fun or regularly take part in competitive sporting events. A full assessment will be taken at your initial visit and updated at repeat visits to gain the vital information required to tailor your treatment to YOU! Even if one person presents the same symptoms as another, the treatment they receive will be completely different.I belong to several governing bodies, however through the Federation of Holistic Therapists you may find that your Medical Insurance company may cover the cost of your treatments with me.  I continually update and add to my skill set in order to bring new techniques and knowledge to my treatments.
