Gift vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date listed. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.Gift vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of a ticket purchase exceeds the redeemable value of the gift voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the purchase price of the ticket/s and the value of the gift voucher. If the purchase price of the ticket/s is less than the value of the gift voucher value used for redemption, the residual credit balance of the gift voucher may be redeemed prior to the expiry date.Upon expiry of the gift voucher any unused value remaining on the voucher is forfeited.You should treat gift vouchers as if it were cash. If you lose a gift voucher, it will not be replaced and any unused funds on it will be lost.
