WE ARE OPEN!At last we are able to welcome back our customers, and our fabulous team.The enforced lockdown period has been an incredibly difficult time for so many fellow catering and hospitality businesses and we are so appreciative of the incredible support we have had from the local community.Whether that was ordering boxed Afternoon Teas, sharing our posts on social media or recommending Squires on local community groups. The support has been constant and we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge Thank You.Please remember that as we are now out of lockdown we no longer offer a delivery service. Carl and the TeamGoing forward:We are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.Last food orders thirty minutes before closing.Seats will be allocated on a first come basis as we have always done, but bookings will be still be taken for Afternoon Tea from 2pm each day.We advise always booking Afternoon Tea in advance, to ensure availability and suggest allowing one and a half to two hours to fully enjoy.Masks are still required to be worn indoors and when moving around and sanitisers are available throughout the premises. It is important that our customers feel safe and we ask everyone to help us in this by doing their bit.Booking Policy We are unable to take bookings for lunch or brunch. We do however take bookings for Afternoon Tea. Please try to be punctual and always call 01268 741791 to let us know if you have been delayed. The current situation will no doubt throw up a few issues so please remember this over the coming weeks if there any teething problems. Gift VouchersAn extra 6 months will be added to all vouchers purchased prior to March 20th.Have a voucher already that is nearing expiry?If you have previously been sent a voucher as a gift, there is no need to do anything at the present time.Now that we are fully open simply let us know at the time of booking and we will sort an extension for you.Alternatively:Use your voucher now to order an Afternoon Tea or Cream teaPlace an order for a whole cake and simply pay the differenceUse the total value of the voucher towards food or drink items to takeawayPlease remember we cannot give change on these.There is no need to hand in the voucher… Simply send us a photo of the voucher with the number and the expiry date.
