All gift vouchers have a validity of 12 months.
For a thoughtful touch, add a personal message during the checkout process. You may choose to have your voucher delivered in our beautiful gift packaging, or via email. Your voucher can be presented either physically or digitally to the restaurant team upon presentation of the bill.
This gift voucher can be redeemed at The Ivy Collection, The Ivy Asia and Granary Square Brasseries restaurants. Vouchers may be used for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone.  The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 12 month validity period. Gift vouchers are not for re-sale.
