"How Does it Work?" Progressive Fundraising now gives fundraising groups three ways to raise funds through the ShopFunds program. SHOPPING CARDSProgressive Fundraising purchases shopping cards from large retail stores in bulk. Participating retailers include these types of stores; grocery, gasoline, home improvement, department, sporting goods, specialty, video and restaurants. Since we purchase in such large quantities, the retail stores give us a good discount.
