It was one of the most amazing experiences! The whole experience was one of pure relaxation and indulgence. The friendly, warm, welcoming attentive crew Cathryn, Paul and Dave were there at your every beck and call looking after you like you were guests in their own house. As soon as you board the boat you are given free Champagne. There are a selection of beers, wines and spirits to purchase as well. We gently sailed out into the harbour with other guests having hands on experiences on how to work the sails. We anchored just off the East Point coast line with full view of the sunset and sat and chatted in the cool breeze and soaked in the gorgeous scenery. Excitement errupted when a guest spotted a Dolphin swimming off to the side of the boat and we all watched this gentle creature make its way through the waves. Cathryn and the crew prepared and served us and entree of fresh prawns, camenbert cheese and a selection of pate. Soon came dinner time and the spread presented to us was so fresh, delicious and satisfying. We were served lightly grilled fresh reef fish, BBQ chicken pieces, perfectly cooked nuggets of beef, mango rocket and pistachio salad, fresh tomato basil and balsamic salad, and a refreshing watermelon, mint and feta salad. After everyone had had their fill it was time to return to shore and we all joked about getting out of work the next day and staying on the boat overnight (if only). If you are in Darwin I highly recommmend this experience for relaxing, appreciating our harbour and just generally treating yourself.
