How Do I Send An Order As A Gift To Someone?
You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would place an order for yourself. When you enter the ''checkout'', replace your default address details with the receiver''s information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You may indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person and if you want - you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent with the parcel. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.
You can purchase gift cards of set values between $25 and $200. Cards are active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase a gift card as part of a lay-by sale. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
You can purchase any item in store or online using your gift card. Give the gift card to the sales assistant when making your purchase in store.Once the transaction has been completed your gift card balance will be reduced by the purchase amount.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refund ed.
Once the gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.

This gift card (“card”) is issued by Lashtique ABN 581 673 972. A defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for lashtique eyelash extension services or products, not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
E vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
