The health and safety of our customers, employees and suppliers is our high priority.Dear Customers,During this unprecedented and challenging time, we at Macedo Winery and Macedo U-Vin are monitoring the Covid-19 global crisis daily.  We are following and adhering to the advice of Public Health Agency of Canada, the provincial and federal government.Store Operations and Social Distancing Practices:We have increase sanitizing and cleaning of all areas of our stores and officesCommunicating daily with our staff on updates from Public Health guidelines and providing our employees with proper tools to new developmentsInstructing staff to stay home if they have symptoms or feel unwell. Also, empowering managers to send employees home if they feel or look unwellAll staff must wear protective gear, i.e. gloves and face mask, at all times and must keep 6 feet apart from customersAll staff must properly wash hands on a regular basis, especially in between customersLimiting the amount of customers in the storeOur staff will be removing merchandise off the shelves on behalf of our customersAffixed graphical floor decals to keep customers 6 feet apartWe have implemented curbside pickup, when placing an order over the phone thru Macedo Winery and customers who are picking up their existing wine orders from Macedo U-VinOur front doors have posted signs advising customers who feel unwell or who have traveled to self isolateSuspended Services Until Further NoticesSuspended in-store wine tasting at both facilitiesSuspended public and private tours at both facilitiesSuspended in-store eventsMacedo U-Vin has suspended all new orders for their ferment on premise facility. Clients are only able to pick up their existing ordersClients who wish to bottle their wine at Macedo U-Vin ferment on premise facility, must call and book in advance. On the day of bottling, clients must drop off bottles inside at a designated area and from a far distance, watch our staff sterilize and packaged their order.Reduced our stores hoursMonday to Saturday – 9am to 6pmSunday – 11am to 5pm
