Excellent “We had originally booked into a Hotel in Folkestone that we found disgusting (Burstin) for various reasons, I got a complete refund and checked Booking.com, found a hotel and called direct, this Hotel’s compact double knocked the socks off of the previous Hotels supposed Executive room, breakfast was fine and both Cyril (Front of House) and Louiza (Breakfast) I’m terribly sorry but I didn’t get the name of the lady at Front of House upon leaving, all cheery, helpful and Fantastic advocates of your Hotel. No it’s not The Ritz, and doesn’t pretend to be, but it is nice, friendly and very clean-Highly recommended!”-Filrite
