Please speak to the gift voucher recipient prior to purchasing a gift voucher for them. It is vital to make sure they are wanting treatment, ready and know what expect. You can arrange a complimentary Discovery Call here prior to ordering your vouchers.
Our physical and digital gift cards can be used to purchase Scar Therapy Treatments, packages, scar creams, scar gels and products. You can choose to send your gift card digitally (via email), or as a physical card (via post). Either way, the card will contain a unique code that can be redeemed against a treatment or treatment packages online or in clinic.
e-Gift Cards are processed automatically and you can expect them in your inbox within a few minutes of placing your order. If you wish to purchase a physical gift card rather an e-gift card please be aware that these are posted Monday to Friday and posted via Royal Mail First Class. Orders placed during the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
You have 14 days to cancel your gift card payment, provided the voucher has not been redeemed against a treatment. If you’d like to cancel your gift card, please contact us quoting the voucher code, your name and the date of purchase.
