By purchasing a gift voucher, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.Our right to vary these terms and conditionsWe have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time, including to reflect changes affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and our site’s capabilities.You will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions of sale in force at the time that you use your Voucher.  The exception would be if there is a change to those policies or terms required law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).Guidelines:Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted on workshops.Intellectual property, content of workshops, logo and other visual media created, is property of The Spirit and Soul Foundation and is protected by copyright laws.To purchase a Gift Voucher, you will need to register with us through our website booking system.  The voucher will then be delivered automatically, by electronic means, to the email address you specify at the time of order.When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.All Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from the date of issue.Our gift vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.Terms and conditionsVouchers are only valid for “The Spirit and Soul Foundation” online courses.Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.Once vouchers have been set to a specific activity; no change will be given.Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, other organisations events in partnership with the Spirit and Soul Foundation.Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties and you may not sell the vouchers through the internet.Vouchers cannot be used against any other organisations events that Phil and Kerry deliver.Vouchers are only valid from six months of purchase date.Only one voucher can be used at a time against a Spirit and Soul Foundation workshop.Vouchers are purchased on the grounds that you agree to all terms and conditions.CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDUREThe purchaser of the voucher is entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period, provided the gift voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase after which a full refund will be made.
