No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases. In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use the card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted. The Gift Card can be taken to any H.Samuel store to check the balance.

The H.Samuel eGift Card & Gift Card are the perfect way to treat someone special. Available to spend on any of our products both in store and online, it''s the ultimate gift of choice.
eGift cards are fantastic way to give a special gift with a personal message from the heart.
You can purchase a gift card from any of our stores.
All you need is your gift card number and pin.
To spend a gift card online all you need to shop is the 19-digit card number and the PIN number (for Physical Gift Cards the PIN number is behind a scratch panel on the back of the card)
When you reach the checkout page there is a gift card payment section for you to enter the card number and PIN.
You can use up to 2 e-gift or Physical cards online per transaction plus another payment type such as a debit or credit card if additional funds are required to make your purchase.
To spend a gift card in store simply give your eGift or Physical gift card to our store team member, who will either enter the eGift card number or for Physical Gift Cards swipe the card at the till to take the payment. You can also add another payment type such as a debit or credit card to make up the value of the purchase.

H.Samuel Gift Cards are redeemable as full or part payment on all products online and instore. With the exception of shipping fees for the delivery of Physical Gift Cards, no additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of H.Samuel Gift Cards.

Expiry of H.Samuel Gift Cards
H. Samuel Gift Cards are valid for 24 months after date of purchase.
