Bershka (Spanish: [\u02c8be\u027e\u0283ka, \u02c8be\u027eska]) is a clothing retailer company. It is part of the Spanish Inditex group (which also own the brands of Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Oysho, Uterq\u00fce, Stradivarius and Zara Home).The company was created in April 1998 as a new store and fashion concept, aimed at a young target market.

Terms and Conditions
The Card is valid for five years from:
- the date of purchase, in respect of physical Cards purchased at any Inditex Physical Store;
- The date of the Shipping Confirmation email, in respect of the physical Cards purchased an Inditex Online Store; or
- The date of dispatch, in respect of virtual Cards.
At the expiry of this validity period, the Card cannot be renewed, or used to purchase items, or reactivated, nor can any unused remaining balance in the Card be claimed.
