Whichever gift you choose, the recipient has the option to redeem their gift certificate for any Shutterbug Walkabouts experience by arrangement^.
When completing our Experience Enquiry form or making an online booking, enter the code on the gift certificate when prompted, or get in touch with us by phone or email.
Prefer a different experience to the one on your gift certificate?  Just get in touch with us to find out how and pay any difference in the value.
If redeemed for a lower priced experience, you can use the remaining value at a later date within the validity of the certificate.
Shutterbug Walkabouts’ gift certificates are valid for 3 years* from the date of purchase, except for experiences pre-booked for a specified date. In the case of gift certificates issued for a pre-booked date, our standard booking terms and conditions apply. If you book an Experience with a lower price to the value of your gift certificate, we will hold the remaining value in credit for future redemption. If you book an Experience with a higher price, the difference in price will be payable.
* Excluding gift certificates deemed exempt of this clause. As per the Australian Consumer Law.
