Zion National Park Lodge Gift Certificate Order Form

The perfect gift for friends, family or business associates. Treat someone to a weekend getaway, a special dinner or a unique gift from our gift shops.
Gift certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount up to $250.00 per Gift Certificate and may be used in any of our outlets at Zion Lodge operated by Xanterra Travel Collection. Gift certificates can be applied towards lodging accommodations, dining, gift shop and cafe (seasonal).
Gift certificates cannot exceed $250.00 per certificate.
Gift certificates are valid for lodging, cafe (seasonal), dining and gift shop purchases at Zion Lodge operated by Xanterra Travel Collection.
Gift certificates are not valid for other Parks operated by Xanterra Travel Collection or National Park Service. 
When room reservations are made against a gift certificate, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.  Standard cancellation policy applies. Contact our Reservation Center at 1.888.297.2757 to reserve your stay.
Guests using a gift certificate will need to present it upon check-in and applicable purchases should be charged back to the room.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Any unused portion of a partially used gift certificate will be reimbursed by cash by the outlet the gift certificate was taken in.
Unused gift certificates may be refunded to the original purchaser and original form of payment, provided the original gift certificate is returned to Xanterra Zion Lodge within one year from the original date of purchase. Requests and certificates should be returned to Xanterra Travel Collection, Attn: Accounting, 1 Zion LDG, PO Box 925, Springdale UT 84767.
Gift certificates that are unused by the expiration will be sent a reminder to the purchasers email prior to expiration and, if no reply after expiration date has passed, be reported as unclaimed property per State Law. If reply is received before expiration date has passed, the Gift Certificate can be reissued or purchased credited back to original purchaser and form of payment. Original Gift Certificate must be returned to Xanterra Zion Lodge before reissue/credit can be processed.
