Nestled in the Peak District countryside lies our hill sheep farm, situated above the River Dove near the beautiful hamlet of Milldale. We would like to share this corner of the Derbyshire Dales with you by inviting you to holiday and stay in our 4 star accommodation, a farm bungalow in its own lime stoned walled garden. With it’s cosy and homely interior, tastefully decorated and furnished with country style pine, our bungalow is perfect for couples, families, rambler’s and explorers, sleeping up to 4 persons in 3 bedrooms. Alternatively, our traditional shepherds huts provide a more unusual break for luxury glamping, offering a warm and cosy retreat, romantic, with wood burning stoves and dimmable lighting for ambience, just for couples. We are located near beautiful Milldale, Dovedale, the Manifold Valley and the Tissington Trail in the stunning Peak District, surrounded by hills, dales and trails, with numerous footpaths radiating in all directions from our door, as well as being ideally placed to explore the many attractions Derbyshire and the Peak District have to offer.We have dog friendly accommodation, so please let us know if your well behaved four legged family member wants to join you on your holiday!Both our holiday bungalow and shepherd’s huts are available to book all year round whether you want to escape for two nights, or two weeks – the choice is yours. With year-round availability our gift vouchers are the ideal gift for any occasion, the lucky recipient can then treat themselves to a relaxing getaway or romantic break.Gift vouchers can be purchased for any monetary amount that can then be used by the recipient, against a booking across dates of their choice (subject to availability, within a year of purchase. If a particular date is required e.g. birthday or anniversary, we can book this date and supply a personalised voucher, ensuring the special date is held.To order a gift voucher please get in touch and we’ll arrange postage of the gift voucher to your home address or directly to the recipient, alternatively, we can email you a PDF version of the voucher for you to print or email on to the recipient.
