Who am I? Hello, my name is Heidi,I have worked in the office environment for many years now in order to earn a living, but I have always been interested and keen on all sports! I think I inherited this from my mum and also my grandad, as they achieved so much.Over the years, I have completed several races, from Ironman Austria to joining in at the weekly Park runs. Taking part in the training and also the races has taught me so much in a variety of ways!I have also had my fair share of set-backs and injuries too. So I understand the pain and frustration that this causes every sports person, the effect this has both mentally and physically.Also, with working in an office, I understand the aches and pains that having a sit down job can cause, and the long term impact this has on individuals posture and alignment.
