Brooklands Museum gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.Brooklands Museum Membership vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the membership begins when the recipient activates their membership with the Museum. Can I include the Concorde Tour? Once you have selected your admission ticket, you can add extras such as the Concorde Tour, Picnic Hamper, Kids lunch box or afternoon treat.Please note that all visits and extras will need to be pre-booked online by the voucher recipient for their chosen date of visit and tours are subject to availability. What do I get with the voucher? The voucher pack includes the experience or Membership gift voucher which can be personalised with your own gift message and is enclosed in a Brooklands Museum presentation wallet. How long will the voucher take to arrive? Once the order is received, we aim to process all vouchers within 24 hours and post first-class, so please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Vouchers purchased at the weekend will be processed on the next working day. Can I choose an e-ticket instead? Yes, you can. Just tick the box at the point of purchase. The voucher can be sent to the buyer’s email address or the recipient''s. How do I redeem my Brooklands Museum Voucher? Vouchers can be redeemed by online or by calling 01932 857 381. I’ve booked my ticket with Google/Get Your Guide/Tiqets/Musement, do I still need to book online with Brooklands Museum? Yes. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, all visitors need to book a timed-entry ticket directly with the Museum. This is a free timed entry ticket.
