YO YOGA – Virtual Yoga for Young Ones

Hello, my name is Nallely (na-YEA-lee) and I’d love to be your yoga teacher. I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a 95hr Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and have received Growing Up Mindful certification. I am also an experienced elementary school teacher. I enjoy planning dynamic and interactive yoga classes that help you and your little one feel your best!I founded YO YOGA because I wanted my daughter and son to practice yoga, but soon realized that there are not many spaces for little ones to move and breathe meaningfully while also playing and learning.After over a year of successful in-person classes, I pivoted my yoga offerings online. It has been so special to be able to connect with you, even when we are apart. Yoga means union; union of body, mind and spirit… and I would add union with each other. I look forward to connecting with you and your little one in a class sometime soon!
