Yes – we do offer gift vouchers for float sessions and our other available services. IR Sauna room with colour therapy, Normatec Pro Pulse 2.0 recovery & many of our packages!Gift vouchers make a wonderful gift, if you’re not sure if someone will like the idea of the float, you can choose to purchase a dollar value instead.  Use your contact details, you are the purchaser, please do not use the recipients……………… thank you!All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years*^ from date of purchase.Please note:  Massage appointments are temporarily suspended due to Covid-19 & physical distancing, please do not purchase a gift voucher for a massage appointment.  We suggest a dollar amount instead.There are a few options for arranging vouchers:You can pop in to see us at 69 Finniss Street, Marion. We can process your voucher order straight away and you will receive a nice hard copy gift voucher.You can call: 0418 854 022 or email: info@thefloatroom.com.au to arrange your voucher. We will email you a PDF voucher once your payment has cleared.Via Paypal – go to our Pricing page, select what you would like to purchase and tick the check-box that it is for a voucher. Once your payment has been cleared by Paypal, you will receive an email containing your PDF gift voucher.  Very important, please use your details as the purchaser, not the recipients.Online gift vouchers available outside our normal trading hours including Xmas Day & other public holidays. *The NOT so small fine print.Gift vouchers do have a 3 year^ expiry date from date of purchase ( gift vouchers purchased after 10 December 2018 only). The booking AND appointment must be completed before the expiry date. If there are multiple services on the voucher, all services must be completed before the expiry date. For example, if a voucher is for 3 float sessions, all 3 sessions must be used before the expiry date. If your voucher is for a package, i.e. float & massage/ or sauna, these are to be taken on the same day.  If you wish to split your voucher over two or more days, additional charges may apply.   Please do not ask us to extend this time frame. Our services are popular and our sessions do book out. Please allow plenty of time to make your desired appointment time as we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed.Hard copy vouchers must be presented at the appointment otherwise charges will apply. Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift vouchers are transferable to another person (excluding multiple sessions if already commenced), non-refundable, have NO cash value & subject to our cancellation policy.  Your voucher is only valid for the dollar amount or service (s) stated on the voucher we cannot guarantee to swap services, you may upgrade your voucher to a package if you wish.  PleaseNote: We reserve the right to withdraw services at any time, your voucher will revert to a dollar amount to spend on other services ormerchandise.  If you are unsure if the recipient would like to float or massage or sauna please choose a dollar amount instead of a service.Please note: we are located in Adelaide, South Australia.  We are not part of a franchise.  ^ Gift vouchers purchased prior to 10 December 2018 are only valid for 6 months.  Please do not ask us to extend this time frame.
