Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be assessed a cancellation fee.Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before service will be charged 50% of the total service cost.NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total service.We kindly ask you to utilise our SMS reminder service generated by our software program, please reply YES to confirm your appointment. This is a complimentary service and we do not suggest this to be your only form of remembering your appointment.
