You will just have to pay the difference before your game starts.Can I cancel or reschedule my game?GREAT ESCAPE is a live event with strict timing. Therefore cancellation, postponement, reschedule and refund are not possible within 24 hours of the game. If you have an issue more than a day before the game, contact us and see what we can do.I can’t use the booking system.Please just email or ring us. We will sort you out.When do I pay?You can pay 3 different ways. By bank transfer until 3 days before the game, just to make sure that the money gets to our bank account. By PayPal during the booking process. By cash, Eftpos or credit card at the games location just before your game. Please note that when booking multiple games payment is required at the time of booking.What should I wear?Just normal clothes. Maybe just skip the high heels and the tie.How do I get there?We are about 100 meters from the Civic on Queen Street. Please see the map on the bottom of this page in the Contact section.Where can I park?There are two parking buildings within 100 meters. One is on the corner of Victoria and High Streets (Auckland Transport Victoria St) and another is on Lorne Street (Wilson on Kitchener St, walk out on to Lorne St)What if we are running late?The games start at a particular time. All games. So if you start late, the next game would start late. So if you are running late, you will still be able to start your game but your game has to finish when your time slot finishes.
