At A Loft Story we require a $100 deposit to be payed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This deposit will be deducted off your total bill on the day of your appointment. If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice, providing less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit in full. While we try our best to accommodate everyone, when clients arrive over 15 minutes late, you may lose your deposit and booking at stylists discretion as this will not provide enough time to complete your appointment.This deposit can be paid over the phone or in salon. If you do cancel your appointment before the 48 hours cut off period we can refund your deposit in full, you will need to contact the salon to organise this payment. We highly recommend booking your appointment on a day when you have no time restrictions to allow us to create the hair of your dreams.To ensure the most relaxing experience for you all our patrons, we request that clients refrain from bringing your children with you to the salon when possible.At A Loft Story we do not offer quoting for any colour services over the phone, Instagram, Facebook or email, not even “rough quotes”, as we need to see your hair’s texture, color history, thickness and overall health. This helps us to ensure we can create your dream hair, and make sure that the aftercare and styling for your style fits in with your lifestyle and schedule. We offer complimentary in salon consultations and if necessary a complimentary test strand service. At your consultation you will be quoted the exact price for the services that will be needed to achieve the colour you are after.
