Thank you for considering purchasing a Pillaton Hall Farm Gift Voucher, please see below for the details on how to do this:We offer two types of vouchers; please ensure you purchase the correct voucher as they cannot be exchanged:Pillaton Hall Farm Gift Vouchers – these vouchers can be used to book a touring pitch, stay and play and any other activities that may be added throughout the year.Dotties Takeaway & Bar Gift Vouchers – these can be used to purchase food and drink in Dotties only.Gift vouchers can be purchased over the telephone 01785 715177, option 1 or by calling into the campsite reception/shop.Gift vouchers are available in £5 and £10 vouchers.Gift vouchers can be purchased and used in multiple.Pillaton Hall Farm Gift Vouchers are valid for the purchase or part purchase of booking a touring pitch, a stay and play session and any other activities that may be added throughout the year.Dotties Gift Vouchers are valid for the purchase of food and drink at Dotties during your visit.Please specify when purchasing which voucher type you wish to purchase; you cannot use Pillaton Hall Farm vouchers in Dotties or vice versa.Full payment is taken at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.Vouchers purchased over the telephone will be posted out first class to the person purchasing the voucher. There is an additional charge of £1.00 for all vouchers posted.  Please allow up to 7 days delivery for all gift vouchers posted.Please note that the vouchers cannot be used to purchase items from the campsite shop.Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.Gift vouchers are valid for 2022 only; they expire on 31 December 2022 and cannot be carried over to the next year.Gift vouchers may not be transferred or refunded; and are not exchangeable for cash.No change or credit is given in the event that the voucher exceeds the total cost of the booking.If you book a stay and play session using a £10 gift voucher we ask that you book your second session at the same time; however, if you do not have another date in mind you will be given a £5 gift voucher to use to book your next session at a future date in 2022.Pillaton Hall Farm cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced gift vouchers.Pillaton Hall Farm reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift voucher if it believes that the card is being used by someone other than the intended recipient.Pillaton Hall reserves the right to invalidate any vouchers purchased or gifted to any person who has been prohibited from Pillaton Hall Farm.Pillaton Hall Farm reserves the right to discontinue the gift voucher scheme at any time and, in this event, would offer refunds for unused gift vouchers.
