No change will be given where a sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on a card but the balance may be applied to future purchases.(gcb.today#DCD8). If the card is not used for a consecutive period of 24 months. the card will expire and any remaining balance will be deducted.(gcb.today#5253). You may top-up your card by asking a bookseller in any Waterstone''s high street store. It is not possible to top-up or use your card online. Lost. stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced so please look after this card just like cash.
