What are your opening times? We are open from 10.00am until dusk each evening with the latest time of 8.00pm in summer evenings. How do I book a start time? We strongly advise to pre book in advance to avoid disappointment. Follow the link from the website. Once you have registered select a time slot and choose the number of players in your group.Only the remaining time slots will show. If a time slot is not shown that means that the time is not available.Congo Falls is available to pre-book up to 14 days in advance.If you have a gift voucher please email the team on [email protected] advising the voucher number, the number of players, what day you would like to play and an approximate time.  We will reserve your time for you and email you a confirmation.  On the day you are due to play please bring a copy of the voucher with you, either in paper form or on your telephone. What is the maximum group size? The maximum group size for each starting time is 6 people.  This number includes non playing adults supervising children under 16.  Group sizes are limited to maintain a steady flow around the course and to minimise hold ups. My circumstances have changed and I am no longer able to make my booking. Can I have a refund? If you contact us in advance on [email protected] we will be more than happy to move your booking to an alternative date.  Refunds are not offered for cancellations.  All cancellations must give at least 24 hours notice by email on [email protected] How long does the course take to complete? We estimate it takes around 1 hour in a group of 4 depending on how busy we are. Do I need golf experience or know the rules to play? No. Adventure golf is easy to play for all ages, including seniors. There are only a few simple rules which are displayed on your scorecard. What happens if the weather is too bad for the time we have booked? If the weather isn’t looking great ahead of your visit, you may wish to move your booking to another day.  If so, please email the team in advance on [email protected]  Refunds are not offered for cancellations. Do you offer birthday parties and adult group bookings? You may reserve consecutive times providing that maximum group numbers are not exceeded.. Do young children have to pay? There is no cost for children under 3 years of age. Can my children play alone? Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.  Non playing adults are allowed free entry when supervising children under the age of 16. What qualifies as a Family of 4 or a Family of 5 ticket? A family of 4 is 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children.A family of 5 is 2 adults & 3 children or 1 adult & 4 children.(Children are aged between 4 & 15 years of age.) Do you sell food and drink? Yes.  We sell pizzas, paninis, toasted sandwiches, cakes, Costa coffees, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and more. Is your adventure golf pushchair friendly? Yes, the course is fully accessible for pushchairs. Is the course accessible to wheelchair users? Yes. We also have several disabled parking spaces. Do you have a baby changing facility? Yes, we have a baby changing station. Can I bring my own picnic? No, picnics are not permitted. Where do I park? There is ample parking adjacent and parking for the disabled. The waterfalls by the cave and the second island are loud. Please contact us if you would like to visit ahead to check if this is suitable for your guests. 3. Prices
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on ibookedonline.com website for room bookings is based either on a per room or per person basis, and is set by the property on this basis, unless otherwise stated by the hotels description for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.

Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a hotel, however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for examplein respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

In the event of a cross out rate, we have compared the original rate set by the establishment with the new rate entered by the establishment. Please be aware that rates can go up as well as down.

The currency converter is a real-time converter,however it should be used for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate.

4. Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. We will not charge you any additional admin fees or commission for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate or gift voucher pricing.

5. Payments & Refunds
Companies require payment upfront for all room bookings and gift voucher purchases. Payment is using a 3rd party payment provider that is not associated with our website. We will not transmit any of your payment card details, you will be redirected to a secure payment page depending on the payment processor that the company chooses to work with.
If iBookedOnline.com process the payment on behalf of the company for which you are purchasing a gift voucher for, it will appear as “iBookedonline GV” on your bank or card statement.
9. Delivery Policy
The delivery method used for the confirmation of room bookings it via email. We will send on behalf of the establishment a confirmation email, to confirm your booking has been sent to them, along with payment details. You may also view your booking details in my bookings section of the website. However, you will be unable to do this if you elected not to save your details for future bookings.

Gift vouchers may be emailed (to the email account entered during the purchasing process) or you may elect to have the gift voucher posted either in a normal envelope or gift box.
If you have opted to receive your Gift Vouchers via email, you must let us know by email to enquiries@ibookedonline.com within 14 days of purchase if you have not received your Gift Voucher. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for a refund.

Gift vouchers that have been purchased with the postal method, will be posted within 24 hrs of receipt of the order and will be delivered via royal mail first class postal service.

We cannot guaranty how long it will take to receive your posted gift voucher(s), however, if you have not received it within 3 working days, then please contact us, so we can assist with tracking down your voucher.
