Our Deli…While our store is cheese heavy with a range of between 180 – 200 varieties of cheese, we also have an extensive range of quality deli products. Olives and homemade bakery products complement the pork pies we source from a local award-winning bakery, a range of home cooked meats as well as Italian and Spanish charcuterie. Our bread is also sourced from a well-established, local, award-winning bakery.Alongside our fresh counters we have our range of ambient products and fine wines & ports. Our range consists of around 1500 products, many of which have been recognised at the Great Taste Awards for their excellence. The choice of delicious products is vast and encompassing with products that include, olive oils, sauces, chutneys, pickles, pastas, biscuits, preserves, handmade chocolates, honeys, teas, coffees, wines, port and gins, to name but a few.

As such all contracts will be made under English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.GeneralMost of our cheeses are handmade artisanal cheeses that are subject to environmental and seasonal variances which include but not exclusive to size, colour, flavour, texture and availability. Our products are then cut and prepared in-store by hand by one of our cheese mongers which may lead to further variances and while we guarantee that the overall weight supplied will be equal to or more than the advertised weight there may be variances in each individual weight supplied.AllergensWe provide allergen information on all the products we supply. This well be included on the label applied to each product and while we strive to ensure that this information is correct, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or missing information. Most of our products are prepared in-store which does contain and handle allergens that may not be listed on the ingredients or allergen information and as such may contain traces of declarable allergens.DeliveryOnce orders are received, we will aim to dispatch the order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday via an overnight courier service for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery as a signature will be required. Instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour can be made however we cannot guarantee this will be possible as the final decision will be taken by the delivery driver on the day.Delivery to work or alternate address can be arranged at no further cost. We do not currently offer international delivery.PricingAll prices shown on the site are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate. The company reserve the right to alter any prices or specifications at any time without notice and the goods will be subject to the price ruling on the day of dispatch. Customers will be notified if the price charged is different from the published price at the point of ordering and will be given the option to cancel the order without penalty.CancellationPlease contact us immediately at shop@thecheesehamlet.co.uk or 0161 4344781 if you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed. As orders for perishable goods are actioned as soon as practicably possible after receipt, we reserve the right not to accept your cancelation request. If your cancelation request is accepted, we will arrange for any money paid to be refunded to the original payment source as soon as possible.Returns & refundsAs most of our products are perishable returns are usually only accepted if the supplied goods are faulty or damaged. Any request for a return or claims for a refund must be made within 24 hours or receipt of the goods.
