PLEASE NOTE: THIS FORM IS FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES ONLY - OTHER VOUCHERS PURCHASED ONLINE CANNOT BE USED WITH THIS FORM - follow the instructions with your voucher to redeem.

ALL BOOKINGS USING THIS FORM MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE DAY OF TRAVEL.
Reservations on day of travel cannot be made using this form.

It is necessary to go direct to the booking window to hand in your actual certificate(s). Please note that we cannot guarantee seats for certificates that have not pre-booked.

If booking a Footplate Experience - we will allocate the experience time based on the trains that you will be travelling on.
