If you''re purchasing more than $500 worth of gift cards, they will be issued in 12-48 hours. If you''re purchasing less than $500 worth of vouchers, they will be issued immediately. If you have not received it please check your spam/junk folder. If the voucher has not been issued in 48 hours, please contact us at support@providoor.com.au

Gift vouchers can be added at your checkout under ''E-Voucher Gift Card'' (not Coupon Code).
Can I print a gift voucher?
You are welcome to have the gift voucher emailed to yourself by entering your email address as the recipient email address during checkout. You can then print the voucher and send it to the recipient. 
The best way to print the voucher is to screenshot the voucher once received and then save it as a PDF. 

Can I have a gift voucher sent to my email and then forward it to the recipient?
When purchasing a gift voucher online, you are welcome to have the gift voucher sent to yourself or directly to the recipient. The recipient will just need to enter the gift voucher numbers during checkout to redeem the voucher. The email address the gift voucher was sent to won''t have an impact of the redemption of the voucher in any way.
