2.请按照蜘蛛网商品订购流程操作：结算时，请选择“蜘蛛系列卡支付”，输入卡号和密码，系统将自动扣款；本卡可分多次使用，也可以多张蜘蛛OK卡合并使用（电影票购买，手机充值，公共事业费缴纳除外）；
3.本卡须在购买者完成付款后生效，本卡在完成付款前处于未开通冻结状态，为无效卡，不能使用。持卡人非直接通过本单位获得卡，如遇假卡、无效卡、余额不足被盗，责任自负；
4.除非本单位特别书面明确授权，任何单位或个人无权代表本单位对本卡进行销售或进行其他任何法律意义上的处分，且任何与本单位进行的交易，交易款项均需直接向本单位账户支付；
5.本卡有效期至：有效期三年（从卡片激活之日起计算），逾期失效。本卡不可充值、不记名、不挂失、不取现。
