Please treat this card as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card, once activated, may be redeemed for purchases at any Jeanswest store in New Zealand. It cannot be exchanged for cash. The funds available will be verified on request or at time of purchase. No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or in part against future purchases at Jeanswest New Zealand stores. Card value expires 12 months after purchase date. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use.

Jeanswest gift vouchers can be redeemed at any Jeanswest store in the country of issue. It cannot be used online. Vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed if lost or stolen. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not able to be reloaded. Gift vouchers are valid 3 years from date of issue or when no amount remains on the card. Cash will not be given for any unused amount and any unused amount after the expiry date will not be credited or refunded.
