Once Awards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and conditions and cannot be reversed.You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member and opted-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct to earn Qantas Points. There is a $30 annual opt-in fee for each card you opt-in. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.
