We strongly recommend purchasing a gift card online. It will be mailed to you or it can be mailed to the recipient of the gift. Do you email the gift card?
No. Our gift cards are physical gift cards that will be mailed to you.
No. We currently only mail gift cards within the US. Canadian shoppers are welcome to purchase gift cards at our Customer Service Office while visiting.
How much money can I put on a gift card?
Customers can purchase gift cards in any amount, from $10-$1000. Some restrictions may apply.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on gift cards for cash or refund. All purchases on gift cards are final.
Purchase a gift card at Customer Service, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Or purchase online and the card will be mailed to the recipient within 5 business days.
When you receive your card, register it with your name and contact information using the 16-digit card number on the back at getmybalance.com. If lost, the card can be replaced at Customer Service during normal operating hours. Registered cards can also be tracked and lost registered gift cards can be replaced.
Why aren''t you selling paper gift certificates anymore?
Effective February 2017, we suspended the Settlers Green Gift Certificate Program. All paper gift certificates that are in circulation are still valid. The issue was with the point of sales at different stores. Since gift certificates were processed like checks, stores that are no longer accepting checks or processing checks could not accept the gift certificate.
I have a paper gift certificate. Can I still use it?
Yes, to an extent. If you have a paper Gift Certificate, it is still valid and can be accepted at many stores. Stores/restaurants that do not accept checks will not be able to process the gift certificate, however. Should you have any issues, paper gift certificates can be brought to Customer Service in exchange for a Settlers Green Gift Card.
