If you or your family have multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you''re signed in to the one to which you want to apply the gift card or code. Money can''t be transferred from one Microsoft account to another and can''t be converted from one currency to another. You can’t use a gift card to purchase Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
You can’t use Microsoft or Xbox gift cards to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace or Xbox 360 content on the Xbox One.
A gift card can only be redeemed in the currency printed on the card, or described on the web site. Example: a gift card in U.S. dollars can’t be used to buy an app priced in Euros.
