Choosing jewellery for a loved one can be tricky, especially if you’re not sure which item they’d like. Our gift vouchers are the perfect solution. Beautifully presented and delivered by Royal Mail to any UK or international address, they make a luxurious and effortless gift for any occasion.
Our gift vouchers come in the following amounts: £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 and £1000.

There is no limit. You can buy as many gift vouchers as you wish. The recipient can also redeem as many gift vouchers per purchase as they wish. However, you cannot buy gift vouchers using any of our other promotional or discount vouchers.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months.
Our gift vouchers are beautifully printed and presented in an elegant black envelope. During the checkout process you’ll be given the option to include a personalised message on the card. The card also includes the gift amount, the gift voucher code and our website and contact details.
We’ll post the gift voucher by Royal Mail 1st Class to any UK or international address. If you prefer, we can send the gift card directly to your gift recipient’s address. Or we can send it to you, so you can give it to your loved one in person.
You can have the gift card delivered at a later date, however you need to clearly state your chosen delivery date in the “Special Requirements” section during the checkout process.
Yes, you’ll receive two confirmation emails. First we’ll email you our standard purchase confirmation. After that you’ll receive a second message with the gift voucher details, including the recipient’s name, the delivery address and the gift voucher code.
No, we’ll only post the physical gift voucher to the recipient. We will not email them.
You can spend your gift voucher anywhere on TheDiamondStore.co.uk website, against any item of jewellery we sell, for as long as the gift voucher is valid. Simply enter the gift voucher code during checkout and the amount will be deducted from your purchase.
If you buy an item that costs less than your gift voucher amount, your balance will remain active during the 6 months your gift voucher is valid. You can then revisit our site and redeem the balance against another item later.
Don’t worry, the person who gave you the gift voucher will have an email copy of the voucher details. Alternatively you can email us on sales@thediamondstore.co.uk.
