Hello & welcome! Today I''m sharing a fun fold Christmas card that''s also a gift card holder. This is my Design Team project for this week''s Just Add Ink challenge.I''ve used the Stitched Triangles dies with the Heartwarming Hugs patterned paper pack to create a cluster of Christmas trees on the card front with a scored and popped out section. This is an adaption of what I now understand is called a bay window card.
Inside I''ve carried the tree theme over and created a pocket to hold a gift card and included a coordinating sentiment (also from Words of Cheer).

I scalloped the white panel with the scallop edge punch & then punched it out with the scallop oval punch. The punched flowers are also repeated. - colour me happy: More No-cut patterned paper folders ... To attach the gift card, I added a little squiggle of tombow glue on the insert, then left it to dry. Once dry, it remains tacky to the touch & works like a temporary bond. Alternatively, you could just include a little pocket on the card to slip the gift card in.
