Check your gift card balance.
You will be able to use your Togo’s Gift Card online or in-store. If redeeming your gift card online, type in your card number and pin number when prompted at check-out. If redeeming your physical gift card in store, present your card as payment at check-out. If redeeming your E-Gift Card in-store, present your E-Gift Card by showing a printed copy or by showing your mobile device so the crew member can key in your E-Gift card and pin numbers at check-out.
To check your Gift Card balance, log in go to https://togos.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin, navigate to the account balance page, and enter your card number and the PIN number found on the back of the card. Gift Cards purchased/produced before November 1, 2016 do not have a PIN number and can only be used in-store. To check valid Gift Cards without a PIN number, contact Customer Service for assistance. Note: Togo’s is not responsible for plastic, paper or virtual gift cards purchased through 3rd party gift card resellers.
Your Gift Card may have been purchased/produced prior to November 1, 2016. You can still use your old Gift Card to make purchases, but it cannot be registered or added to your Rewards Account. If you have a Gift Card purchased/produced after November 1, 2016, or believe there’s an error, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
