Who am I? Hello, my name is Heidi,I have worked in the office environment for many years now in order to earn a living, but I have always been interested and keen on all sports! I think I inherited this from my mum and also my grandad, as they achieved so much.Over the years, I have completed several races, from Ironman Austria to joining in at the weekly Park runs. Taking part in the training and also the races has taught me so much in a variety of ways!I have also had my fair share of set-backs and injuries too. So I understand the pain and frustration that this causes every sports person, the effect this has both mentally and physically.Also, with working in an office, I understand the aches and pains that having a sit down job can cause, and the long term impact this has on individuals posture and alignment. My interest and curiosity in how the amazing human body works has grown over time, the more I learn the more I want to learn, which enables me to improve and thus i can provide a bespoke high quality service to each of my clients at each of their appointments.I hope to see you soon, Heidi
