To return your items, just send them back in the box or bag they came in, along with the returns form and any original tags and packaging. You can use Royal Mail or CollectPlus to send back any unwanted items – all orders come with a freepost label for both services. You’ll have 100 days from the day you receive your order to get unwanted items back in the post.Refunds will be processed as credit back to the account used to place the order. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email, and the credit should be added back to your account shortly after (usually on the same day, but it can take up to 3 days).
