All visitors and outpatients will be advised to take a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) prior to coming into the hospice.All visitors will be asked to confirm at reception that they do not have any of the following symptoms prior to entry:– A new continuous cough– A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste– High temperature, or shiveringAny outpatient / Family Support Team patients who display symptoms will be asked to take a LFT and if positive will be asked to re-schedule their appointment or be seen virtually, where possible. It is essential that all Nightingale House staff, volunteers and visitors wear face masks when visiting the hospice (and Caffi Cwtch) and when moving around the building.Maintain social distancing wherever possible.In patient visitors are limited to two people at one time. This is reviewed in exceptional circumstances and at end of life at the discretion of the Ward Manager.Regular hand washing and use of hand sanitiser and wiping down touchpoints.  If you have any concerns or questions relating to your hospice appointments or visits, please contact 01978 316800 prior to your visit.
